Mousey Wishes

Here is my last entry into the CPS Anniversary sketches! Wow, it was a great run of sketches with a lot of challenges and opportunities for stretching myself! I finished with a sketch and a card I really liked!

I used CPS sketch #231:

This is my favorite House Mouse stamp: Birthday Cupcake. I’m finding the ”meeces” are just irresistable! I colored the image with watercolor pencils and a blending pen. I’m fairly happy with the results I get with the pencils but I would love to try the blendable markers like Copics or Promarkers. Someday…

The tag was cut out on a Cricut (thanks Sara!). The sentiment is part of an unmounted set by Studio G. The flowers are from various Fiskars punches. The DP’s are from my stash- odds and ends that I no longer have the name of.
