Queen for a day

I finished  a new Birthday card over the weekend:

I used CPS sketch #118:

The image and sentiment are both freebies from Create with TLC. Find the sentiment here: http://createwithtlc-createwithtlc.blogspot.com/2010/12/freebie_21.html I’m sorry to say I can’t find the post with the image. I used a separate crown image I pulled from a vintage ad. The image was colored with watercolor pencils and a blender pen. The oval behind the girl is a Spellbinders die that I embossed and then shaded while it was still in the die. The round doily was cut with a Martha Stewart corner punch.
