Monkey shines

Here is the latest in my mini collection of funky cards.

I used the CPS sketch #38:

As soon as I saw this gorilla digi from Create wit TLC, I knew I had to do something with it! I didn’t have a sentiment to go with it so I made my own digi just for him! He just makes me so happy every time I look at him in his ridiculously tiny party hat! Guy cards can be hard to design and we can all use more of them in our stash. I think this is another one that could be appropriate for a child or adult.

I love doing the elaborate, detail oriented cards but I must admit it’s been a relief to use the CPS sketches to make some quick and pretty easy cards this weekend. I’ve been obsessed with the polka dot DP’s! The darker red one is a Cosmo Cricket. The other is from the DCWV Fresh Floral Stack.

Challenges I’d like to enter this card into:

”CPS Anniversary Sketch #38”:

”Animal Antics”:

”Polka Dots”:

”Patterned Papers”:

”Anything Goes”:

”Anything Goes” :

”For a Tween”:

”Birthday, Sentiment on front”:

”Red Hot”:

”Just add Red”:

”Color Combo #75”:

”Anything Goes”:

I’m on a roll! See you soon with more fun and funky cards!
